Our mission is to offer delicious, fresh, wholesome dishes, juices, salads, sandwiches, soups, entrees and desserts…all organic and at affordable prices.Wherever possible, we rely on only the best quality local produce. In many cases, food has been grown only a day or two before it is served to our guests. When it is not available locally, we search the globe in our quest for the best organic, natural or artisan quality ingredients as reflected in our coffees, teas, wines and spirits. Our recipes combine a healthy set of ingredients in order to provide the utmost in taste, and nutritional value. We are organic wherever possible and are constantly striving to source any currently non-organic ingredients on our menu. We host a full bar with organic cocktails and local, sustainable wines. We pride ourselves in offering food for all including sustainable seafood, local organic poultry, specialty pizza and delicious vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices. We also offer locally roasted Blue Bottle Coffee and fresh juices. The Plant is one of the only restaurants in the country equipped with a rooftop, solar PV system for on-site, electrical energy production cooking your food.
