Solstice Lounge combines suave elegance with an added shot of urban America. Two large doors open up into a spacious dining room, where a large palm tree rising from the center reaches antique ceiling fans circulating above. Dark wood tables and chairs dot the amply lit room, which is lined with plush banquettes. A long bar glowing with candlelight serves signature and inspired classic cocktails and offers a generous happy hour (5-6:30pm every day). The late local artist Daniel Price's New Orleands-inspired paintings decorate the adjacent sunken lounge. The lounge features its own bar, overstuffed ottomans for cocktail sippers, and is the perfect spot for intimate, private parties. Solstice's "social dining" menu is a nod to the global culinary influences found in our gastronomically diverse city. The kitchen serves weekly specials every Wednesday featuring the very best from seasonal markets.
