Attention all you night owls and bargain hunters. Dobbs Ferry is serving a late night $5 meal-in-a-bowl inspired by the daily staff meal. The meal rotates daily. Past meals have included everything from Fish and Chips to Pork Confit and apple-Brussels Sprouts salad.
