Join Bay Area chef, wine instructor, and cheese aficionado, Cynthia Bloebaum, for any or all of 5 sessions exploring wines and foods of the world! Each session will feature several red and white wines, a wide spectrum of cheeses -ranging from buttery and mild brie styles to hard aged, sharp kinds - and other foods including soups, pâtés, salads, vegetables, and fruit confitures. You will also sample different varieties of honeys, oils, salts or seasonal produce. Expect to leave Chef Cynthia's classes with a honed and developed palate that will enable you to harmonize wines with foods to create an impressive meal.
