Every Monday night Jardiniere hosts a special prix fixe dinner. Diners will be treated to a wonderful 3-course meal with wine pairings for just $45. The menu rotates weekly. On Monday, March 7th, there will be a Riesling dinner, featuring Sofia Thanisch of Dr. H. Thanisch Erben Thanisch. The menu includes: Butter Poached White Shrimp,
Young Leeks, Fava Leaf Purée and Meyer Lemon; Magruder Ranch Boar Sugo, with Housemade Potato Gnocchi, Delta Asparagus and Wild Thyme; and an Andante Chèvre Popover, with Lavender Honey Glaze and Spearmint Ice Cream for dessert.
