Benziger Winery & Infineon Raceway Host Dinner at Fior d’Italia

For an authentic Northern Italian dinner and world-class wines, come to Fior d'Italia, the country's oldest Italian restaurant located in San Francisco's historic North Beach. Each of the five courses will be paired with a different Benziger wine. Menu items include Carpaccio of Speck with Mushrooms, Watercress and Lemon Vinaigrette, and Risotto with Parmigiano and Wild Mushrooms. The evening will feature a video preview of Infineon Raceway’s upcoming race season, as well as a raffle with great prizes, including a Fior d’Italia Gift Certificate. Winery partner, Kathy Benziger, will also talk about Benziger’s Biodynamic®, organic and sustainable farming practices and how they equate to distinctive quality in wines.
