Donato Enoteca Hosts Italian Winemaker Angelo Ferrio for Special Dinner with Fine Wines

Join winemaker/owner Angelo Ferrio of Ca’Rossa Winery in the Piemonte region of Italy for a special night of feasting and wine pairings. Donato Enoteca will treat you to Piemontese cuisine, known for it's farm-to-table quality, paired with award-winning wine from Ferrio's collection. Executive Chef Donato Scotti will prepare a five-course dinner of specialties including Carne Cruda Piemontese – Piemontese beef crudo; Gnocchi Ripieni Con Salsa di Funghi – sausage stuffed potato gnocchi with wild mushroom sauce; Agnolotti del Plin – meat filled fresh-made pasta in sauce; and Sottocosta di Piemontese al Nebbiolo - Nebbiolo braised Piemontese short rib with Castelmagno and risotto flan.
