McCormick and Kuletos Hosts Lagunitas Beer Dinner

McCormick & Kuleto's is hosting a special Brew Master Dinner this Thursday. The $65 prix fixe menu prepared by Executive Chef Liz Ozanich, will consist of five courses, each paired with an appropriate beer from the Lagunitas Brewing Company. The menu will include Hog Island Oysters served with Pils, Saffron Lobster Bisque with Maximus IPA; Mongchong and Green Chili steamed in a banana leaf with IPA Pale Ale; Spicy Seafood Étouffée with Little Sumpin’ Ale; and Ghirardelli Mocha Cheesecake with Imperial Stout. Lagunitas Brewing Company ‘s head brewer, Jeremy Marshall, will be present at the dinner. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (415) 929-1730.
