Dinner begins at 6:30pm and is $150.00 per guest (tax and gratuity excluded). All profits will be donated to the Coalition for Humane and Ethical Farming. The evening’s menu: (first course) foie gras dippin’ dots with gingerbread paired with citrus bubbles Diebolt-Vallois Brut Blanc de Blancs NV; (second course) foie gras macaron with foie gras mousse / fennel pollen / foie powder paired with La Pauleé Pop cocktail; (third course) torchon of foie gras with pastrami sandwich flavors / sundried tomato miso paired with Domaine Weinbach Riesling Personelle Reserve 2010; (fourth course) seared foie gras with potato leek consomme / honey cider vinaigrette paired with Champalou Vouvray Cuvee Tries 2008; (fifth course) magret of moularde with foie gras / crispy skin / imperial roll paired with Adelsheim Pinot Noir Elizabeth's Reserve, Willamette Valley 2009; (dessert) chocolate ganache with foie gras / blood orange paired with Graham's 10 Year Tawny Port.
