In honor of San Francisco Beer Week, Soluna Lounge is partnering with New Belgium Brewing Co. on Tuesday, February 9th for a special food + beer pairing event. Chef Francis Hogan will be serving a special four-course tasting menu to pair with all the delicious beers. Amuse - Sugar Cane Pork Tenderloin & Apple Skewers with Maple-Malt Gastrique. 1st Course - Seared Rare Kona Kampachi with Cucumber-Carrot Slas, Soy Molasses, Sweet Chili Sauce (paired with Fat Tire Ale). 2nd Course - Baby Spinach and Radicchio Salad with Apricot-Chorizo Vinaigrette, Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese, Rosemary Crostini (paired with Ranger I.P.A.). 3rd Course - Coffee Peppercorn Crusted Creekstone Farms Prime Rib of Beef with Red-Eye Jus, Wild Mushroom Bread Pudding, Rainbow Swiss Chard (paired with Trippel). Dessert - Butterscoth & Pecan Sugar Cookie with New Belgium Abbey Ice Cream, Bourbon Caramel (paired with Abbey) . Dinner is $45 per person, and $55 with beer pairing.
