1st course: (choice of) Daily Soup; Chilled Organic Beet Salad; or Crush Salad. 2nd Course: (choice of) Crispy Anson Mills Polenta Cake; House Made Pasta; Pan Roasted Hawaiian Walu; and Roasted Organic Half Chicken.
Dessert: White Chocolate Bread Pudding; Seasonal Sorbet; or Chef’s Daily Dessert.
